Community Care Team - Christ Fellowship Church

Community Care Team! Christ's Fellowship Church would like to know how you might be able to serve other people through the Church's "Community Care Team (CCT)." Jesus has called us to love our neighbors. God's Word instructs us: "Let us stop saying we love each other; let us really show it by our actions" I John 3:18. You may have a skill or talent to express that love in practical ways of service. Through the CCT, we are able to coordinate our efforts so that the real needs of individuals and families can be met. The Community Care Team exists to share God's love by identifying and helping to meet designated needs of individuals within our Church community. When a need is identified, a contact person from CCT will give you the opportunity to provide the service you indicate on this inventory. This is a wonderful way to express the love of Christ to the Body of Christ. Please fill out this sheet to indicate the ways in which you might show your love through action. If you are unable to help when called upon, you may simply decline that particular request.
