Frequently Asked Questions!

1. What are the basic function's of Christ's Fellowship Church?

There are numerous Church functions which are of a continuing nature and are of primary importance to the life of our Church.  Each of these functions is designed to involve the congregation in their activities.  They are the very foundation of our Church structure, as they are essential to the command Jesus gave us in the “Great Commission” (Mat. 28:19  “go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit”:

  1. We “harvest” – through the Alpha program.
  2. We “disciple – through the 2:7 discipleship training.
  3. We send (go) – through relationship evangelism.

As you can see, we harvest through the Alpha program.  We disciple through the 2:7 discipleship training program. And we send these trained disciples out to develop relationships within which they may share Jesus.

Along with these functions, we provide an extensive children’s discipleship ministry in accordance with the Scripture which says: “train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.” Our children are not only the future of our Church, they are facing a world within which with out the full armor of God, they are facing obstacles which would be difficult to overcome.
